TRUE LIFE ` I'm a Zara Addict

It never fails with me.  EVERYTIME I go onto the Zara online store, I find like 100 things that need to be in my closet. For example, THIS SEQUINED JACKET. It's everything to me [and definitely on my must-have list for this season]. And the shoes are so unique, which is what I love.

If only there were a Zara in Charlotte [but then I'd be broke 24/7, oh well!]

A Little Bit of Fabulous With DVF

Completely OBSESSED with these STUNNING sequined gowns.

shop these dresses:

Diane von Fursternburg is a woman of great talent + design. Along her signature wrap dresses comes more of her brilliant designs, particularly in these sequined gowns. I can't even find the right words to describe these gowns. They are BEAUTIFUL and I would die to have one of these in my closets, or even to try it on! The red one is to DIE for.

Which one is your favorite?

One Powerful Man ` Tom Ford

Tom Ford.  A man that is capable of anything and everything. After being the creative director for Gucci for 10 years (leaving in 2004), he began starting in his own line that makes any woman feel good in what she is wearing.  No one has yet since his line for Spring/Summer 2012, just the anticipation of waiting is killing me! But what we can see is a preview of the Tom Ford Documentary film [shown below].  He takes us inside his London studio, his debut women's fashion show, and the set of his campaign shoot.

“I love to work, there’s probably not an hour in the day that I don’t work…I look calm on the outside, but I spend months, weeks and hours not sleeping.”
- Tom Ford

Four words:
Tom Ford is EVERYTHING.

Go to Fall Beauty Essential this season? RED LIPS.

The key to wear that perfect red lip?  Keep it nice and simple on the eyes.  Go for neutral colors with your eyeshadow, or do simple eyeliner [try a cat eye], brush some bronzer and blush on your cheeks, and then for the final touch, the red lipstick.

Can't choose which one? Shop for the ones shown above!

OBSESSED ` House of Harlow 1960

Oh you know my love for accessories, and my love for them has grown even more with Nicole Richie's line, House of Harlow 1960.  Nicole RIches brings a mix in her line of ultra-feminine to bold pieces that you can wear day-to-day. I am OBSESSED with her box clutches; they are an easy go-to to chic up any outfit. MUST buy one for the fall, and of course the sunglasses. I'm a sucker for sunnies, you can never have enough. :)

What's your favorite piece?

PARIS FASHION WEEK ` Favorite Looks

PARIS FASHION WEEK. What else is there more to say?

And we certainly can't forget Gisele ending the show for Givenchy:

[ insane! ]

________________________________________________________

Needless to say, all of these runway looks are MAJOR.  It was impossible to put together all of my favorite looks from Paris Fashion Week, but I think these do a good job, right?

[just a little round up]

Balmain basically has my name written ALL over it. I'm OBSESSED.  Stella McCartney, with the mixed prints and embroidery, her line is perfect for summer. Color-blocking with both Balenciaga and Yves Saint Laurent, is something to keep doing for next Spring! Also to mention with YSL the crazy prints + the color palette = genius!

Oh, Alexander McQueen. Every intricate detail that Sarah Burton designed on these dresses are literally INSANE.  Basing her collection on three G's: Gres for the pleating and draping, Gaia for the sense of oceanic life, and Gaudi for architecture. Burton reached these three G's perfectly in her line.

McQueen wasn't the only one with an 'oceanic' feel.  We can also bring in Chanel into this theme.  With the runway being filled with white sea shells, sea horses, and more, Lagerfeld didn't disappoint [as always] and put on a killer show. The light colors, the type of fabric [which as a shimmer to it], and amazing outfits bring the whole show together. Lagerfeld gets another A+ in my books. LOVE LOVE it.

Marc Jacobs is genius, and he did it once again at Louis Vuitton for the finale show. All the minty, candy-colored outfits made this show fun. With the 3-D paillettes on the dresses along with the tweed skirt suits, why not add feathers to them? Completely in love.

One day, one day, I will be at Paris Fashion Week. Simply breathtaking...everything!

Oh and one more thing, how killer are Elie Saab's dresses?

Ok, I'm done talking. Now, YOU tell me what is your favorite! I want to hear!
