“It’s about individuality,” says Tom Ford.
Vogue is finally revealing the much-anticipated Tom Ford women's Spring 2011 collection in their December issue coming out! Mr. Ford (what he prefers to be called now) hasn't designed a collection for women since 2004- Needless to say, his new collection looks pretty FIERCE and I love it. What do you think about it?
For next year, the MET Museum in New York City has announced their theme for their Costume Institute Gala. They have chosen to dedicate their theme to the great late-British fashion designer: the fabulous one and only, Alexander McQueen: "Savage Beauty" will be on display at the MET from May 4, 2011-July 31, 2011. This exhibit will show all of his works since his days as a postgraduate (in 1992) at Central Saint Martins to his final show from this past February 2010, which will include 100 pieces of his to be displayed- How fabulous. Lee McQueen, you will always be one to inspire me! Time to look at some of his amazing work over the past years...
Can't help but just put the style spotlight on Whitney Port for a bit. Ever since she made her first appearance on TV (in The Hills), I've ALWAYS loved her style. She makes it look so easy to look so chic.
My favorite piece? DEFINITELY the gold-sequined DVF blazer- OBSESSED.
