The key to wear that perfect red lip?  Keep it nice and simple on the eyes.  Go for neutral colors with your eyeshadow, or do simple eyeliner [try a cat eye], brush some bronzer and blush on your cheeks, and then for the final touch, the red lipstick.

Spotted: Serena Van DerWoodsen looking fabulous... as always.

If I could raid anyone's closet from Gossip Girl, it would be Miss Serena Van Der Woodsen.  We will know she has her ups and downs in the show with her drama, trying to pick between Dan and Nate, but when it comes to her wardrobe, there is never a problem there.  She looks "tres chic!" in every episode, and it never seems to fail.  Below are just some looks from the current season 4.  I personally think the gold blazer is TO DIE FOR.  Maybe I'll just have to ask the designer of Pucci to SEND ME it ASAP because I need it, so fab. ;)
